At Nimbus Pet, we offer free shipping on all orders. 
No hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days 
after payment confirmation.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Canada & United States: 5-11 business days
International orders: 10-20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and 
may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, 
or other circumstances beyond our control.

TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a 
confirmation email with a tracking number so you 
can follow your package every step of the way.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders, customs fees or import 
duties may apply depending on your country. These 
fees are the responsibility of the customer and 
are not included in the product price.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business

and we will investigate with the carrier right away.
