How long does shipping take?
Orders are delivered within 5-11 business days 
in Canada and the United States.

Is shipping free?
Yes, all orders ship free — no minimum required.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Is the fountain safe for cats?
Yes. The pump is USB-powered at low voltage, 
and all materials are pet-safe. The ceramic 
surface is non-toxic and easy to clean.

How loud is the pump?
The pump runs below 30dB — quieter than a 
whisper. It won't disturb your cat or your sleep.

How often should I change the filter?
We recommend replacing the filter every 2-4 weeks 
depending on usage and the number of cats.

Can I use this fountain for dogs?
Yes, though it's designed primarily for cats. 
It works well for small to medium dogs too.

My order hasn't arrived yet — what should I do?
First, check your tracking number (sent by email 
when your order shipped). If your order is more 
than 20 business days late, contact us at 
support@nimbuspetshop.com and we'll sort it out.
